London Unseen Tour (a learning journey by Arup and TED)

As a pre-event to 2009's TEDGlobal conference (held this year in Oxford, UK), Arup have organised a tour entitled "London Unseen". In keeping with this year's conference theme "The Substance of Things Not Seen", the tour will visit several venues aorund London which play a crucial, yet oft overlooked, role in the everyday life of the city. Attendees will visit the BT Tower, a disused Underground station at Down Street, the Royal Mail's main sorting office at Mount Pleasant and the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden.
